Mission & Values

Empowering Adults with Cognitive Disabilities to Learn, Experience, and Achieve a Fulfilling Life

Mission Statement

Marbridge is a nonprofit residential community dedicated to providing transitional and lifelong care for adults with cognitive disabilities. We empower our residents through learning, meaningful experiences, and personalized support, helping them achieve independence, fulfillment, and a whole new life.

Vision Statement

At Marbridge, we believe in a world where:

Every adult with IDD thrives

Not just lives, but flourishes with dignity, purpose, and joy.

Communities are truly inclusive

Barriers dissolve, abilities are celebrated, and independence is achievable.

Innovation leads the way

Transforming care through innovation and compassion.

Marbridge exists to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives with dignity and purpose. Every day, we see how compassionate support, meaningful work, and inclusive community transform not only our residents and families, but our employees, volunteers and employers who walk alongside them. As we look to the future, Marbridge will continue to expand innovative housing, education, and employment pathways that reflect the limitless potential of the people we serve. Our impact will be measured not only by growth, but by lives changed and a community made stronger through inclusion.
